Yes , maybe the heading of the post is wrong saying dimension of information. But what is information, Textbook say information is processed data. But I believe that information is something which is obtained and the processing of data is another procedure to be followed.
Hence I Proposed this post.
Dimensions of Information can be a concept which can multiply the growth of information at an exponential rate. For eg how to draw dimensions from existing trends
Osama Killed
Level 1
Where
What
How
Who
Level 2
What was he doing there
How is the world Reacting
What did they found
Where is his body
Then we slice the level 2 by saying
How come he was in pakistan
What was pakistan doing when he was there
Did someone knew about it
If the world reacts whos point of view is towards or against killing Osama
How was his health?
Why was his body buried so soon
These are few techniques we can use to generate information. Information is not about knowing the obvious but about wishing to know which is not Obvious
